BALLOO RESTAURANT is inspired by the blend of cultures that influenced our Head Chef Timon Balloo over the last 20 years of his culinary journey. His inspiration began at home- deep within his own West Indian and Chinese roots, and evolved with the blending of wife Marissa’s Thai and Colombian heritage.

The menu will change based on availability of fresh ingredients and chef’s creative intuition. All plates are served family style to encourage an authentic cultural experience.
